This was my second purchase from Aimer, and unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience.
I placed another order because I was willing to continue shopping with the brand, but this time I never received my package. When I contacted customer service for help, instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, they pushed the responsibility back onto me and told me to deal with the missing package myself.
I explained clearly that I never received the order and asked for a replacement, but they refused to reship the items. I paid for products that I never received, yet I was left to handle the problem on my own.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I was a returning customer. This was not my first purchase from Aimer, and I expected much better customer service and after-sales support.
If a customer pays for an order and never receives it, the company should make a genuine effort to resolve the situation instead of simply passing the responsibility to the customer.
After this experience, I have lost confidence in Aimer and would think twice before purchasing from them again.
